does us a solid, shipping some of it's delightful Saison D'Epeautre!! This ain't just your run of the mill Saison either. Nope, nope. As the name suggests, this tart lil' number harkens back to simpler more medieval times, using both barley & spelt (epeautre) in the mash!! Whoa, neat.

Result? One hecka bubbly & refreshing beer with some ancient wisdom under it's cap.
